indulgin' the simplest pleasure of my life

The 1st rainbow by the waterfall I saw left me breathless.
I deem myself to be adventurous and still want to try sky-diving one day.
I love to laugh out loud and break into smiles easily.
Some may say that I'm easily amused, I choose to think the person is funny enough to make me smile.
I'm satisfied with what I have in life and awaits to see my future with open arms and mind.

Looking Back at 2006 Thursday, December 28, 2006 7:53 PM
On the 3rd last day of 2006, I decided to do a post-mortem of how this year had treated me. ahem... Ready? Let's start with the best part of 2006:

1) The Travelling. I recalled saying at the end of 2005 that I hope in 2006, I will have more travelling. & it did come true. In comparison to 2005 when I went to Canada, USA, Philippines and Australia, I think 2006 is equally fantastic coz I went to Europe (this alone can call for a great year), South Africa and Bangkok!

2) My Graduation. After being a student for 17 yrs, I finally graduated!! I think it was a good 15 seconds when I was on stage and I felt so proud of myself. *beams*

3) Finding a job that I really enjoy. Maybe it's not really my dream job per se but I believed in what I'm doing and I'm glad I took up this job. Thanx to all the advices given by my family and friends. At least I'm not regretting it now.

Enough of the best parts, time for the bad part:

1) Definitely the experience in the Hospital. yucks... Enough about that.

2) Sending off my loved ones. My sister and then Miwa... Well, I know you guys will be back but it's better if you guys were closer to me (physically). hehe..

hmm... can't seem to remember anymore bad things that happened in 2006. So that's great! maybe coz I dun have a great memory to begin with, the bad memories are not stored in my brain disk.

Oh, before I end, another great part to 2006 is friendships - to the friendships strengthened and forged. I think I felt it more this year... As I've onced mentioned, I love to appreciate others and being appreciated in return. To all the occasional "I miss you"s and "I love you"s (you all know who you are), I love you too!
