indulgin' the simplest pleasure of my life

The 1st rainbow by the waterfall I saw left me breathless.
I deem myself to be adventurous and still want to try sky-diving one day.
I love to laugh out loud and break into smiles easily.
Some may say that I'm easily amused, I choose to think the person is funny enough to make me smile.
I'm satisfied with what I have in life and awaits to see my future with open arms and mind.

NTU Mktg Chalet Friday, December 02, 2005 8:54 PM
Got back from the MKTG chalet and gosh... I'm burnt, bruised and bitten. and I'm aching all over. and not forgetting to mention that I'm also in lack of sleep. But I really enjoyed myself, so much fun and action. Hadn't exercised in a long... long... time and this was definitely a good time to realise that I should start exercising soon.

Accomplished a couple of things in this chalet. One being night cycling. I've never done night cycling before even though I stayed in hall for like 1 1/2 years. From East Coast to Geylang, we cycled for like maybe 2 hours there and another 2 hours back. But not forgetting the one hour when we were having supper. The action and drama that happened that night was unforgettable. Dan's amazing man. Army did you good! He actually managed to cycle on a punctured tyre throughout the night. It's practically a one-wheel "uni-cycle". haha... Not forgetting the cut and fall suffered by Qiuling and Roger. 13's really an unlucky number.

Sunrise watching straight after the night cycling at Bedok Jetty was beautiful. I guess it's even more fun coz Si Wei had his Nikon Professional Camera and managed to capture the beautiful us, opps.. I mean the beautiful sunrise. haha. Can't wait to see the pictures!!! Cycling from Bedok Jetty to the MacDonald's almost killed me coz I was so darn tired. But the journey back to chalet was easy coz I was fed with Hotcakes and sausage.

I managed to learn roller-blading. Still not mastering it. Didn't think I'll be able to take up this sport but some-how, i managed to glide alittle at the end of a near 3 hours session. Oh, I can't forget to thank Qiuling for the help. Coz she wasn't roller-blading at the start, she was holding on to me, or rather, I was holding on to her throughout the session. SO paiseh, think I held on to her really tightly. Oh, and also many thanks to Roger and the rest who know how to blade. Got quite a few impt tricks from them. I shall blade again... one day. haha.

BBQ on the last night was one of the most relaxing moment of the chalet. Coz the girls just have to sit inside the chalet and wait to be served. haha. All thanks to Daniel, Andy, Si Wei, Alvin and fmq's FREN for bbq-ing. It seemed that they all had the roles given out among them, so no room for us to help them. We seemed some-how redundant. haha. The food was good and the bridge games were even better, or should I say, the BEST? haha... "Can my partner pls show me the card now?" haha... Insiders' joke.

All the injuries suffered were worthwhile. Wonder if we'll have another chalet again... =)
