Merry Christmas to all!!I know this greeting is coming in one day late but it's the thought that counts. Can't blame me coz I hadn't had the time to log on to my computer to blog. Had such a fun fun christmas! The S85 gathering was a short one coz it's just in the evening and coz I didn't wanna club, I left when the rest of them set off to Zouk. The food was delicious, prepared mostly by Yiwei -- the
Himbo. But anyway, the potato salad made by Ying was pretty up-to standard considering his usual culinary skills. haha. Took pics but

22nd was spent with the
Mktg Gang. The day started early at the NBS Access Lab coz we all have to register for our next sem's class. Quite a heart-racing session for most of them except me coz I was registering for a yr 2 subject. Not gonna be in the same class as them for the next sem coz I'm taking diff subjects. So sad... I know it's gonna be so much fun coz most of them got in the same seminar class for GMS. Maybe I should ask to sit in for the class from Ian McGovern. Anyway, off to the East End at Alvin's house for celebration. Thanx
Miwa Chan for driving us there. Loads of bitching in the car and photo-takings. The food was really good, 2nd turkey in a row with stuffings and pizzas. But we had German Sausages this time round. YUMMY! haha. Esp the one with cheese... wow... Anyway, for more illustration of what happened that night, can go to Miwa's or MinQian's blog. Such fun times... Oh!
Thank you San San for the Bloom's Lipgloss! Was surprised by how red the colour looked but after I used them, it's not as bright as what I thought. Great choice!!
After staying over at Miwa's place for the night, I had to go home early in the morning coz had to get ready for the next celebration --
NP Gang. Stayed over at the Royal Scotts on the Plaza for 2 nights. Nice location and hotel but the room's kinda small. haha. Dinner gave us a little problem coz the restaurant we went to didnt allow reservation on wkends -- but it's Friday that night. They insisted it's wkend too. Anyway, we were told to wait 45 min for a table for 10. And we walked around and went back to the restaurant only to be told that we've to wait another 15 min. Okie, so one hr's gone by and when we asked for the 3rd time, they told us we've to wait for another 45 min!! Like what the hell... we had to wait for near to 2 hours for a stupid table? Hell no!! So we asked to speak to the manager and kinda demanded an explantaion. Complaining really helps coz thereafter, we had a table. Like immediately... Not gonna mention the name of the restaurant but they are in serious need for table management! Svs Mktg classes may help them seriously too! Anyway, they got a few of our orders wrong that night and blah blah blah... The dinner's quite a disappointment but as I always said, it's the company that matters. After dinner, it was back to the room for gift exchange!

Christmas Eve was well-spent with the P3 Gang. It's still a stayover at Royal Scotts. But we didn't have a problem with dinner coz we knew just the right place to eat. No crowd and the food was nice, plus the price was reasonable. Anyway, we walked from Scotts to the Balcony at Heeren after dinner, but we had to pay 20 bucks for the cover charge that night at the Balcony. So we changed our mind and went to Pre-Rouge. What a great choice!! Coz we managed to get great seats and the drinks were nice, plus the waiter was "cute" according to CF. So everything was just nice for a X'mas Eve. We sat down and played our own Polar Game and there's great music. Counting down to Christmas was simple but nice coz we did it in the bar tog with the rest of the crowd. But everywhere was pple spraying "white snow" from the cans. Luckily we were sitting inside so the passer-bys didn't get to us. Somehow when we were heading back to the hotel after that, I felt like we were walking thru a warzone and we had to be on our guards all the time coz alot of passer-bys were carrying the spray cans and waiting to spray at the strangers. We tried to walk as far away from the crowd as possible- taking the back alleys and walking on the road. haha! Anyway, thanx Ding for the Mu-ee's namecard holder. just what I need now!!
